RMA Policy

 

All Winjet products come with One-Year Manufacturer Warranty. If you have any issues with our products, please address your concerns by phone or e-mail. We will work with you to promptly resolve any issue. If you require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), we will work with you to issue an RMA number if possible. In order to assist us, we may request photos for R&D and quality control purposes. A return MUST have an RMA number associated with your claim.

Winjet is not responsible for any return shipping cost, excluding rare cases where we ship a wrong item. If for some reason, you received a wrong item, we will process a brand new order and take care of the shipping costs. We will provide a return label and arrange return shipment for the incorrect item.

If your product is damaged upon arrival, do not arrange for an RMA. Instead, notify us within two (2) weeks so we can file a Fedex claim. Upon reimbursement, we shall process a new order or credit your account.

20% restocking fee applies to all Good Returns:

All unused and uninstalled products may be requested for a good return within 30 days of the invoice date. Winjet Automotive will assign a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for returns. Winjet will decline any used, open box, or installed products upon receiving the returns. All returns or adjustments are subject to inspection and approval. Winjet reserves the right to deny or issue partial credit. No credit if merchandise is abused, improperly installed, used, damaged, or modified. In addition, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to all good return merchandise.
