RMA Policy

 

All of our products have a 6 month warranty. If you have any issues with our products, please address your concerns by phone or e-mail. We will work with you to promptly resolve any issue. If you require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), we will work with you to issue an RMA number if possible. In order to assist us, we may request photos for R&D and quality control purposes. A return MUST have an RMA number associated with your claim.

 

Winjet is not responsible for any return shipping cost, excluding rare cases where we ship a wrong item. If for some reason, you received a wrong item, we will process a brand new order and take care of the shipping costs. We will provide a return label and arrange return shipment for the incorrect item.

 

If your product is damaged upon arrival, do not arrange for an RMA. Instead, notify us within two (2) weeks so we can file a Fedex claim. Upon reimbursement, we shall process a new order or credit your account.

 

There is a 20% restocking fee.
